Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.
Everything was perfect.
There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed.
It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet.

Although the room was quite small, we made do. We loved we could open the windows wide to let fresh air through, especially during this season when you want to ensure no germs are floating around. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet, that made up for any lack of space in the room. It was a proper thorough buffet with delicious options. We will be returning to stay here just for the buffet.

Rooms are small as many hotel rooms in Europe are small, although it is well designed , the room is utilizing the space properly. My son & I were very comfortable in the room. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming & helpful.
The location is the greatest plus, Right in front of Hauptbahnhof, and Straßenbahn station, easy to travel everywhere. Hauptbahnhof has 4stories, I Bahn, S Bahn, ICE, with plenty of shops also has Rossmann store (snacks, water,...
Great option if you don't need the extra frills, in a fantastic location. The hotel is solid and clean. Beds are comfy and there is good light in the room. Bathrooms are a bit small but neat, with good water pressure. Most importantly the hotel is in a fantastic location in Mitte, with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, great for a business or leisure trip to Berlin.
The location seems to be depopulated after 17:00, but that’s ok. It’s close to Alexanderplaz. The Klosterstraße U-Bahn station (U2 line) is across the street and the Rotes Rathouse station (U5 line) is maybe 4 blocks away. The breakfast options were all quite good. The room was clean and modern. The AC wasn’t as cold as my non-European comfort level would prefer, but the windows tilt open.
One interesting thing to check out are the locks on the Spree river, just a short walk from the hotel....
