This is one of the most beautiful European hotels that we have stayed in. The ambiance, history, and warmth of the hotel is magical. You feel like you're staying in a Queen's castle but our room was updated and comfortable. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was superb. I recommended this highly!!

Nice property in a good location to Frankfurt and surrounding areas. This property is set up well for corporate travelers. Appreciate the friendly staff and those working the bar and restaurant areas as they were all friendly and attentive. Fantastic experience and definitely recommend this quaint hotel. It used to be a mansion to a rich aristocratic family (von Löw), who then became a poor aristocratic family and the building fell into disrepair. Completely renovated by investors 27 years ago, but a lot of the original features remain. Property has easy parking and is located just outside of Butzbach; easily reachable via the A5. A great stay.

This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint. We really like the location, ease of parking, A/C, electric shutters, and overall comfort. The elevator is small, but great for the heavy luggage. We typically use the stairs anyway. Easy walking distance to many of the sites, shops, and restaurants in the area. Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Comfortable bed, bedding, and extra blankets. Our only real dislike is the elevated, no door shower, since water splashes...

The breakfast was truly one of the BEST breakfasts I've ever had. Unlimited options in German & traditional with healthy options.

Very convenient to the train station but a bit of a sketchy part of town.

Loved the hotel. We just stayed overnight. Bathroom and room was enough spacious for two people. Only improvement I can think of based on one night is they could provide water bottles at the room.

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

The check in and staff were great. If you’re going to Deutsche Bank Park for an event this is the place to stay. Only a 25 minute walk from hotel to both side of stadium. Then your not having to wait after event to catch crowded train. The only problem I had was I was given a street room and it’s really noisy from train and cars and people walking down street.
