"I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge.
It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm.
Overall, VERY Pleased, will certainly use again!! "
"Property is in good condition with parking ($10,- p/n). We stayed for two nights and though the amenities are good, including washer/dryer, the supply of cutlery (1 knife, 1 fork, 2spoons, one glass, 3 mugs, 2 plates, etc.). There was plenty of cupboard space, but all of them were empty.
I don't know if they ever get replaced or are just taken by people that stay there.
Signs on the street say "racism not tolerated", one can not but feel, that they are staying somewhere in the middle eastern...

Great location, everything was walking distance, close to Beach. Good size Room with everything you need, little kitchen .Big comfy Bed and clean, would stay again. It was better then expected for the Price.
Great shopping Centre’s just close by and the Village cinema next door was a highlight as well. Lovely bed and a super cozy environment. Had a lovely and pleasant stay at Novotel
A super cute boutique inn in the middle of the most beautiful town. Close to amazing bush walking. The room was very clean, and full of unique furniture. The building is full of character. The staff were friendly. Our only issue was the WIFI did not work, and when we called it in, we were told that it happens often and that the whole building was out. So if your trip relies on WIFI access be aware. But for a beautiful relaxing stay at a unique property that is not your run of the mill...
Room is clean, the living and dining area look exactly like pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The parking lot looks safe. The check-in and check-out process were considered smooth. My only complaint is the noise from the renovation from upstairs unit at 7am.
This hotel is was lovely find. Recently under new management it is a work in progress regarding opening the Bistro but hopefully it will open soon.. My room was upgraded from standard to a very spacious room with a separate bedroom and a spa.
Very clean, very comfortable and unexpectedly quiet. I was on the ground floor facing Blackburn Rd, however there is a very solid concrete fence that provided an excellent buffer between the room and the traffic. It must be said there are a lot of rooms...
