"No headboard behind the bed. If you sat on the bed there were wall lamps and electrical outlets right where your head would rest. 1 uncomfortable chair in the room, so no place to sit that was comfortable. Mini fridge on the floor so you had to kneel on the floor to access it. Bath okay. We had a deck that had a good view. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend."

"Modern new hotel in Reims, about 10 minute walk from each, the train station, and parts of the old town. Helpful staff. Good sized room with work table, and sitting couch. Fast wifi. Modern good sized bathroom with nice rain shower. Enjoyed breakfast with lots of options. Roof top bar with good view."

"The hotel looks like it is relatively newly built. The extensive breakfast is served upstairs, and guests can sit outside snd enjoy the gardens below. The facility was very clean, also. The staff was given four stars not 5 because there was a large group of deaf guests staying in the hotel when I was there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t communicate with them effectively because she knew no sign language. I acknowledge that’s a pretty specific skill set, but surely hotel management could have hired a sign language specialist temporarily for a couple days to ensure the group was taken care of."
