"This place is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed. The only reason I didn’t give it full 5 stars is the room was quite warm. 24-25 degrees when you’re trying to sleep is a challenge. The staff were excellent and tried to have someone come fix it but generally even after it was 23-24 degrees and we’d prefer to be able to control the temps ourselves. But otherwise this place was amazing and I definitely recommend!"

"The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "

"An overall good experience! With the beautiful garden and the interior of the lobby it really feels like you landed just in the right place. However the cleaning could have been a bit better. The spa was also really nice, but enforced more strict rules than other spas regarding cleanliness and what you could do! "Property itself is beautiful. The room was gorgeous! The dining at their restaurant was awful especially breakfast just awful worst food ever they didn’t even get espresso right! Really horrible food too bad absolutely gorgeous location and it could be amazing. Staff wasn’t very helpful I was hoping for an hour late checkout which most hotels accommodate but was told if I’m over half an hour I would be charged. They do have a late check up to 5 pm for fee of 15 euros which is great if you’d like to stay that late I just needed a few extra minutes communication was difficult for English speaking guests. Majority of guests were elderly or families with children who were very loud. Seems it caters to families, which is nice just didn’t expect that. I would return for the area and the room, but definitely would make plans to eat elsewhere."
