This was our second stay. Both times were wonderful. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We tried several things on the menu at the restaurant during our two week stay and found that everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and looks as good as it tastes. The hotel is very nice, right in front of the beach. It has a lot of treas and is quiet. Very convenient location, the kayaks are free to use for guest. I did have an incident were I was charged $8 more than it was supposed to, I told the manager, and she reimbursed me that money. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and do recommended to other travelers.
The West Bay Colonial hotel itself was good, but it was the staff that made it an excellent experience. From the moment Will picked us up from the airport until George took us back, every staff member at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly.
