However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. "When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. "

"we had a wonderful room that was close to the beach, the pool was across from us and the restaurant was just a stroll away. we got lucky with our room being so close, would recommend the letters k or l for-sure, other rooms its a distance to walk to the beach, but wonderful just the same"
