"This is our 3rd stay in this wonderful hotel. Hotel is partially renovated and some construction work is ongoing which doesn’t impact the guests. On this occasion we stayed in a superior room which was amazing on the 26th floor. Rooms on the 26th floor are clean and modern. Paid for breakfast but only went the once and that was down to us not bothering in the mornings. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. Proximity to the Haram you cannot beat. Will stay again in Makkah Hotel. Hotel...

Location is ideal; Harm is 2 min walk, Shopping mall is located in the same tower including the food court. Check-in staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The only flaw is that you cannot easily find the hotel from the street. But if you ask anyone outside the Safwa Tower, they will guide you to the access. Car parking is available in the basement but is costly (15 SAR per hour).
Alhamdulillah…..the hotel location is very convenient, close to Haram area (walking distance). I must give 5star to the hotel staff specially the manager Mr Dider who was highly professional and so helpful. In fact we came hotel way too early and I was just asking if we can check in early and if needed we would pay extra. They helped us for early checking without any fees specially during the busiest season of the Ramadan.
This hotel is extremely an excellent hotel for the purpose of being in haram. Excellent in every and each aspect. Great manger me. Mohamed osman and great f&b service by mr. Eslam.
