"Sujon was very very good. Room cleaned by him daily and always supplied us what we needed with instantly- fast service.
Hotel only 10-12 mins walk from the haram. Plenty of shops, food on the way.
Just would not recommend to wheel chair users as hill is steep. But the climb is only 1 minute id say. "

"The hotel conditions is terrible. Rooms very tight. Didn’t find my reservation with desired beds and i had to change the room after one day. first room was smelly. Staff tried to help but the hotel has nothing but good location"

"We just checked out after 3 days at the Raffles Hotel and cannot recommend it enough for a stay. We brought my elderly parents and the comfort of the rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet, and daily tea service, hearing the adhan in our rooms and easy access thru p2 allowing them easy access to the haram was unmatched. This was the most memorable umrah as we came on one of the busiest months and returning to the hotel suite made the entire trip easy and memorable. The staff went out of their way...
