Very clean and very new. Everything works well because its nearly new. Only 10 months old as I write this.
LED lighting, WIFI and air conditioning works great. Plenty of hot water in the shower. New LG flat screen TV with 48 cable channels including ABC, NBC and CBS networks. Pool is sheltered on all four sides so if there are high winds on the beach, you can go to the pool.

You can even go barefoot if you wish. SuperMarket (Cosco type) is walking distance. Bus stop to take you to Arashi Beach is outside the hotel same for Downtown. The place is nice and very clean. The rooms are cleaned and beds made up every day. Security is a pro. The personnel is very kind and generous. The pool is great. I will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful 4 night break at the Ritz Carton over President's weekend. So although it was busy, the hotel was able to manage with the high volume of guests. The room was spacious with beautiful bathroom! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our every need. We enjoyed the restaurants, where food was outstanding (if a little pricey!) We enjoyed using the fitness center every day too. A lot of good equipment and plenty of space. We would definitely return here.

The Surf Club is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool. Although it was very busy, it never seemed overly crowded. Our 2 room villa was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5.
Evelyn at the front desk was extremely accommodating in helping with our rooms, she made our vacation 100% more pleasant, thanks Evelyn. The rest of the staff greeted us everywhere with smiles and pleasant attitudes. The room service was daily even though we did not need it except once. The gym is pretty basic but functional.
