"What a beautiful stay ! I enjoyed it - my kids and family enjoyed it , my stay was too short would really have liked to have stayed longer . Lots of activities for the kids and adults and staff was absolutely amazing helpful and super friendly and engaging ! "

"Everything was just perfect! First we've been welcomed by Lincoln and he was so nice, gentle and polite. He made we feel like we were home. Special thanks to him. The room was super clean and comfy, the bed and pillows so comfortable and the shower is really good. Our room had a great view to the mountains and lake. The breakfast was also really good and worthy for the price. We really enjoyed staying at Kassaboera and we hope to come back when returning to the region. Cheers from Brazil."

"it was terrible, took almost 2 hours for a toasted sandwhich, the pipes in the bathroom made a noise the whole night.
waitress was rude and there was almost no staff anywhere.

It did get quite chilly there at night, but McCloud was happy to put a space heater in our room to keep us comfortable. Ms. Machudu is a wonderful cook and the love the she puts into her dishes is noted in every bite. Highly recommend this hotel."

The rooms are absolutely stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lovely little extra touches. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make things run smoothly even though they were experiencing load shedding in the area. "

"Alles gut, außer einem Punkt. Ich hatte gebeten den Zimmersafe zu öffnen, weil der abgeschlossen war. Man brachte mir ein zusätzlichen Safe, der unbefestigt auf dem vorhandenen lag. Den hätte jeder mitnehmen können. Schade 😌
