The staff also went above and beyond, providing access to the room after an overnight flight early morning before check-in as they had availability. "

"Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience."

"Wish they had advertised property as it actually is. To start, cynthia and reception team were quite helpful and responsive. However, be aware you speak with them via email or phone, not a direct access reception per se as you'd have at a hotel. Construction noise-crazy! You'll hear it from practically the whole building first morning was awful, so they moved me to another unit which was better, though still woke up most morning to construction noise. Bars and discotheques nearby so most nights...
