From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!"

The staff was terrific, and each one was nicer than the next. Plus, my room was beautiful and elegant. The bathroom and amenities are excellent. Loved every moment. "Hotel Florida is an excellent resting spot on a visit to Sorrento. It is a short walk to the city ce ter and old town, but there is plenty of shopping and restaurants along the way. Would defijitely recommend and would stay here again if back in the area. "

"Great service everywhere; pool, garage, restaurant and reception. Reception was very helpful to book touristic tours, rental car etc. Hotel even has shuttle service which was nice as the train station is a little far."
