"John at front desk was amazing. He offered us towels upon arrival during a storm. Upgraded our room to a corner suit, overall went above and beyond!!! Hotel location is great, good restaurants and cafes just down the street. Will stay here again if we ever return to Hamilton"

"Sandman hotel is just south of Burlington skyway bridge. It is a clean and well maintained hotel. There's a walmart nearby and and Denny's & Moxies restaurants on the property. Good hotel to stay at if you are staying in Hamilton and need to get on the highway fast."

"Location location. We love this hotel on the waterfront Walking distance to two wonderful restaurants (Isabelle and Spencer's) Both have super patios. Clean, quiet, safe area. Average included breakfast but who cares in such a beautiful area. Price is great given other trends in hotel costs. Highly recommended"

"Just off of Upper St. James Street, just a few minutes away from the airport, there was a tonne of parking in the underground parade. Check in was a breeze. The lobby and other common areas clean and well designed. Our room was clean and good repair. Bed comfortable. Bathroom a good size. My one criticism would be that there wasn't floor mat in the bathroom. As such a towel was needed to clean a spill which showed how dirty the tiled floor is. Just awry if wearing your white socks.
