"The Basin Park is in a perfect location for exploring historic downtown Eureka Springs and a short drive to The Great Passion Play. The complimentary shuttle services was great. Our double Queen room was spacious with a sitting room separating the large bathroom from the sleeping area. I would recommend The Basin Park to anyone visiting Eureka Springs."

"This was a wonderful B&B. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Eureka Springs! The owners were super polite and knowledgeable about the area and were just the best hosts! After dinner, our bed had been turned down and in the morning, we had homemade cookies waiting for us outside our room! They definitely made us feel welcome and the little touches were the icing on the cake! 10 out of 10 would recommend this place and I'm sure we will be back the next time we are in Eureka Springs!!"

"The lady at the front desk was super sweet and made check in easy. The property is older just like 99% of the properties in Eureka Springs. Each room is decorated differently and makes it feel so homey. It is quiet and the view out back is beautiful. It was spotless clean and the mattress was very comfortable. We live less than 2 hours from Eureka springs so we have stayed in many of the historic hotels, cabins, and cottages that the city has to offer. We booked a small cottage at Hidden Springs B&B on short notice to celebrate our anniversary. First of all we were very pleased because most other cottages in Eureka require a 2 nigjht minimum stay and we only wanted one night. This was a fun place for our small family to stay! This is in a great spot near the edge of town, but it's still very close to the historic downtown area and other attractions. The treehouse cabins are very unique and charming!
Our room was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice little front patio area for each room and a cute patio area with picnic tables around the side. It was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was comfortable. It’s in a very convenient area close to the attractions.
We stayed in the cottage. It was adorable and very romantic. Everything was clean and had all of the amenities you’ll need. Soft thick towels, robes and comfy bedding. Easy parking and a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops. There’s a shuttle you can take from the Basin Hotel up to The Crescent and back which was nice because the walk up there is very steep. Just ask at the front desk of either hotel and they’ll call it for you. There are two sets of stairs getting to the cottage and...
We stayed in the George Thoreau suite and it had the MOST amazing view of the cliff...can actually touch it from your small balcony and the huge jacuzzi tub with a shower above was beautiful....the wall hanging fireplace was also just so romantic and breakfast was delicious and fancily prepared...Please stay here when in Eureka...you won't be sorry.
This was the first time my husband and I stayed at a bed and breakfast. Everything was stunning. The breakfast was amazing! Robin was so friendly and inviting. We will definitely book another stay in the future.
Perfect location, cute rooms and very comfortable bed. Staff members were super helpful and kind. The location is the perfect distance from downtown Eureka Springs with plenty of other restaurants/stores/bars located a short walk away. Food truck on the property was delicious too!
My husband and I booked here for a weekend away. Neither of us wanted to leave. It was so cozy and felt like home. Very private, but so close that you can walk to town. I really needed a quiet, relaxing getaway, and this was definitely it, I love the outdoors and the suite in which I stayed was amazingly beautiful, the view was beautiful. David and Rio , the guest representatives were so awesome and quite kind and so helpful, I really appreciated them. I also got to see the deer and their little one eating right in front of my suite, so very amazing, I recommend this beautiful place to everyone, Had a great time.
