These rooms have been totally remodeled and had everything that we needed. The back deck is amazing! It's close to everything. It's location on the hotel.com website is incorrect because it's not downtown it is just a mile or so down the road. Quieter where it's at too! The owner made me coffee every morning and was so helpful! Helped us carry our stuff into our room because we're old lol The bed was really comfortable to us, and we had four big pillows between the two of us.

For a Motel, it was pretty good. The gentleman at the front was helpful and warmly. However, the front desk had its lights off and everything looked closed. The rooms were clean, comfy, and cute. The interior design wasn't bad at all. I would not mind staying again. My only genuine complaint: Hotels.com makes it look a lot closer to the downtown strip than it really is, almost as if it's walking distance, but it wasn't.

It was BBB weekend and we had no idea. Check in was easy. Staff was nice and walked us to our room and made sure everything was good. We got to see raccoons and a fox. Uber was $6-$10 everywhere. The room was quiet. We didn't hear anything. The blackout curtains were great. Water was hot. Hot tub in the room but we didn't use it. Towels were plush and nice. No complaints. We would stay there again.

We arrived shortly after dinner time and pressed the doorbell... A kind gentleman promptly arrived to check us in. Very kind and easy to speak with, and knowledgeable of all of our activities we had planned. He showed us to the room and even came in to check that temperature, television, and room itself presented well and to our satisfaction. It's evident that the owner takes a lot of pride in providing excellent service and attention to the property - infact when we arrived he was tending to a garden bed. They have wonderful outdoors areas to relax and even have wildlife in the area to view. The property was in great location - easy access to downtown district, easy access to Animal Sanctuary, and easy acesss to food and other entertainment like the Passion Play, Trolley, Haunted Tours, The Crescent - just endless opportunities to be had. I would gladly book with this wonderful property - out room had incredible charm and met all expectations - Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great staff and comfortable room

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom had a few cracked tiles that would snag your foot if you were barefoot but the room was clean and comfortable.

Bryon was outstanding with let us check in a little early. So we could get settled in before going downtown. He also let us know if we ever needed anything don’t hesitate to call him. When we have another trip to Eureka Springs this is the place we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend the room with a jacuzzi cause after all the walking in downtown you’ll need it.

The room was nice and cozy. The Owner was very nice and friendly and always asked us if we needed anything when we ran into him on the property. Would stay again. Don’t expect to be able to walk to downtown area. It’s not far but just hilly. Take advantage of the trolly system because parking downtown is a mess. There are trolly areas just around the corner you can drive to and park at. Hope this helps.

Wonderful and Romantic

We really loved this motel. The furnishings were so nice and the bed so comfortable. The owner has really turned this place into a wonderful little getaway place. Bryan is very welcoming and a really nice man. we would definitely stay here again.

Older hotel that's been refurbished and refurnished. In a very nice setting with great sitting areas out back and the ends of the building. Brian (the owner) is on-site and very attentive to his guests.
