The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
The thing about this hotel is that it probably got a 5star rating because it was on the water and it deserves a 5star rating for bringing or near the town of Ponte,it's remarkable restaurants,it's history and wonderful people.
Outstanding in beauty, staff, facilities and every detail! Excellent services, delicious food with literally hundreds of options. The view was stunning, the bed was comfortable, the room was perfect— get the jr suite for the huge patio with a view of the cliff and sea. Great hotel in a perfect location, 10-15 min walk to the port where you can catch the ferries and buses. Direct beach access and you can leave your things on the loungers by the hotel pool while enjoying the ocean. The caps for the pool were a bit odd as most guests have more body hair than hair on their head but the beach has no restrictions. The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.
Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station.
Only thing I didn’t like was the fitness center, old, small and too basic
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.

This is an excellent choice for a hotel stay in Naples; the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. If safety is a concern, the hotel is without doubt, a first choice. Vehicles cannot travel beyond a check point well in front of the hotel building and the location at the port provides an extra layer of security. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants and other city attractions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Go there; you will not be disappointed!
I enjoyed the experience. The quality was great given the price and the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful! I was at first a little apprehensive because I was worried about not being able to find the hotel so I appreciated the video guide sent to me a few days prior. This was my first solo travel trip and I felt very safe staying with H22. I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom.
