"One of the best hotels in Puerto Varas. Great location, rooms and service. We come back often."

"The owner was very nice. He allowed us to check in early at 8am and gave us some snacks/cereal bar which was very helpful for us to go hiking. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the volcano. Shower was hot enough with good water pressure. Location is superb. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is so nicely located. Easy walk to downtown. There was not much options for souvenir shopping but the views make it up. Friendly people, good food and drinks"

"We had a wonderful stay with my wife a daughter. The property is beautiful, it is across the street from the lake, we could see the lake from our room, beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and we loved our stay. The host was also very helpful. "

"nous avons fait des visites sur les conseils du gérant, le tour du volcan, un tour en bateau des lacs et des randonnées pour admirer les cascades. le personnel est vraiment gentils "

"Hotel con pobre mantenimiento; las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción; piscina temperada con bajo nivel de mantención (incluso peligrosa); nivel de atención del personal pobre, casi malo; problemas con el manejo de los horarios de desayuno; en fin , no volvería; lo único rescatable, la ubicación."

"We loved this hotel in every way! We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean and safe hotel with an excellent breakfast included. Very nice restaurant attached, and an easy walk to the downtown area."

"Incredible view of the volcano and the skies at night. "

"First time here in Puerto Montt and I was anxious about where to stay. Once I saw there was a Courtyard by Marriott, I was relieved. It’s a nice property and my room overlooks the town with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is clean and to be honest one of the nicest Courtyards I have visited. After a rather stressful series of business meetings in Santiago, this has been perfect."

"Very nice and clean hotel, well sitúated and with friendly staff. The kind of place you go back to :)"

"This place is amazing. We had a great view of the bay and enjoyed lots of day trips from it. It’s also part of an indoor mall in case you need to do any shopping. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The Ibis Puerto Montt was an excellent stay. We had bicycles because we were about to start the Carretera Austral; we were delighted to be able to have them in our room. It is conveniently situated near shopping, dining and the waterfront. It had a wonderful view of the nearby volcano."

"It is close to San Angelmo Market"
