"Very nice clean room.. and helpful staff… only thing is our room was too hot and had to call front desk at 2 in the morning to lower our heat.. because it was too hard to set the thermostat in the room… the heat was 25 and was very .. staff at front desk could not set it so he just shut the fan off and it cooled down…"

"I needed laundry and it was not available. It was broken. Staff were amazing. Doors slammed shut. The people on our floor were running up and down the hallway all night and doors were slamming all night."

"The room was quite unexpected as it came with a full kitchen! I was told that all their rooms have them!! It was a large, clean room with extras such as plush terry bathrobes, small cloths to use for cleaning dog's feet or wiping up a spill. There was no additional charges for having a dog along. The breakfast had many things to choose from including hot or cold items. There was also a nice lounge area with a fireplace and games available to play. We would definitely stay there again. "
