"Very friendly multi-lingual staff in a great location on the island. I leisurely trekked ~20min fully loaded with gear from the ferry to the hotel but there are taxis right at the ferry if you want to save some energy for the hike up the Volcano as there are some steeps to ascend on route to the hotel.
