"My favourite hotel in Melbourne - top end of Bourke Street, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, green spaces etc. The hotel staff are wonderful - they always make me feel very welcome; their service is impeccable. The rooms are excellent - I usually book the premium king - just a note to ask for the larger ones - there are two different sizes. The slightly smaller one is still great, but I like to be able to walk around my space. I haven't tried the restaurant - Dollys."

"A really good stay here in this small arpartment hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to check in as our room was ready (thank you). The bed was amazing and very comfortable. We decided to cook rather than go out for dinner. Coles and liquorland are just around the corner. The location of this place is excellent: 5 mins from the station and close to many cafes, entertainment venues and good restaurants. There was an issue with a leaky fridge but we decided...

Room was NOT what was advertised, shower was apart of the room with only a curtain separating it from the beds. Hallways are a little erring and the floor creaks, paints chipping off the wall, and carpets are stained but this doesn’t really affect the overall stay. "

"Checked into the hotel, and reception couldn’t be more helpful, I found the room excellent and reception recommended a fantastic place to eat in Chinatown, met the general manager who couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Ended up booking more rooms for my return trip in September. Well done punthill little Bourke 👍"
