"My room was so far up that going to the pool or jacuzzi was nearly impossible, too many steep steps, and if you add the altitude of the area, it’s hard to breath. I went to bed without dinner because after going up and down twice, there’s no way I could do it again and it’s too far from everything. I wouldn’t stay here again "

Anna was an excellent chef and we had dinner and breakfast. The best food of our 8 day trip to Copper Canyon. They offered tours and transportation for a fee."

Hotel does need some upgrades to amenities and condition of rooms considering the price but the view and location are some compensation at least. Thank you for a wonderful stay"
