We love this hotel, people from staff was very kind and helpful, clean rooms and the best views are on rooms that have balconies. The tour guide is very nice and love to help, he also offers taking care of our 2 years old daughter at the Parque Aventura. Food was included and we are vegetarian, staff from restaurant made us a special vegetarian dish that they don't usually offer. People that work there really knows how to make you feel like if you were in a paradise! Thanks for the best trip...
