"Ok"

"The location of the hotel is in the center of the city with access to good public transportation, tram station a short walk around the corner and easy taxi service, as well from the corner. The room was nice and spacious with king size bed and small table and two chairs. TV was large as well and the hotel offered breakfast at an additional cost, although I did not have. Staff were kind and attentive. "

"I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. When asked if we were given wrong room they said all rooms were same category and same price so not sure why I paid more for what i received…was a bit disappointed as I splurged for the higher priced room as a treat. The room we were given was ok but not what I expected when I booked. The area was ok and walking distance to amenities. "

"EVERY member of staff was excellent, for the price I paid the service was wonderful, front desk, attendants and cleaning staff. A tiny hiccup with WiFi but sorted out immediately. Hotel itself was clean and very fresh looking, room was clean and very modern looking. Definitely would go back!!!!"
