"Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out.
Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils.
I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could contact otherwise."

"The information about paid parking is not clearly indicated when searching for hotels with parking. The breakfast made my stomach turn for 4 days straight, right after breakfast. The hotel was decent, but outdated and the service was what I'm not usually accustomed to... Menus thrown on the table in the restaurant etc."

"This is a very beautiful and quaint hotel in the middle of the small town of Quedlinburg. The staff was warm and friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy! We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer to see the town. Thank you Romantik Hotel am Brühl!"

It was very warm weather when we stayed and the only area that could be improved would be air conditioned rooms. I would stay again for sure. "
