"This hotel has a great location for proximity to Canada Place cruise terminal. It’s a 5-7 minute walk. The hotel restaurant is great for dinner. Centrally located to much of the city and is itself a stop for the Hop on Hop off trolley tour. Would stay here again when we visit."

"Nothing fancy, gets the job done. You have a nice clean room to relax. It was a bit noisy due to the lounge downstairs, but overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"We never been in any palace before and this one was very interesting and unique. We searched for economic type and they had for under 200 dollar. Location is very good with walking access to groceries, mall , bank close by and even better tgere was a buss stop taking us to skytrain going all the way aby where we wanted. Our Favourite Spot for next trip is here."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Willo Hotel! And...my car fit in the parking garage. (Height max is under 6' 8" or 203.2 cm, in case you are wondering). The hotel is right next to the stadium and within walking distance to an amazing collection of restaurants in the Yale district. The area feels safe. You are also within a short walk of a Costco if you have something you forgot to bring. Not too far from water taxis. I will be back."

"We have stayed here a couple times this year. it has been consistently good. Staff is friendly. Lobby and drop off area inviting. Parking is easy. Hotel is central, not a lot within walking but their are restaurants and the sky train is very close."

"We are very grateful to the staff at Hyatt Place. The room was great and the view from the upper floor was amazing. More importantly, while we were travelling recreationally, the staff were incredibly helpful with some technical help during an unexpected business emergency. We will stay there the next time we are in Burnaby."

"Brought our dog north of the border for the 4th of July to escape the fireworks. After checking in they promptly had a doggy bed and bowls brought to the room even without us asking!Superb!!"
