"We stayed for 3 nights. Even before checking in we messaged the hotel to schedule dinner and massage services, which we received detailed responses within a day. There is plenty of parking and we were greeted immediately. We were able to reserve the private onsen every day. The hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful.
