"Clean and well organized room. The breakfast covered all our intoleranses and quirks. My kid loved looking at Liseberg. The TV supported apps."

"Great high end hostel-like accommodation because there's shared bathroom and shower. Loved the 24 hour access food selection, which included delicious ham, home made bread, cheese, milk, yogurt, coffee. Also liked the large selection of board games and Legos that kept my kid entertained. There's even free e-scooter, bikes and Segway to rent, but we didn't have time. We appreciated our room was on a separate floor so we didn't disturb the other guests and vice versa but most of the rooms are...

"Skitiga kuddar och täcken, även om lakan var rena. Dammigt porslin. Det var nästan stopp i toaletten, vilket påtalades till städpersonal, som skulle rapportera det vidare. Det blev aldrig helt stopp, men vattnet steg ända upp till kanten på toalettstolen innan det mycket långsamt sjönk undan. Klar nackdel att det var svårt med parkering i området."

"Initial room was very small so we upgraded to a larger room with was very sufficient. In town for the Gothia Cup soccer tournament, so location offered easy access to public transit. Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. I would stay again. Very pleased overall."

Every member of staff was lovely and quickly adapted to perfect english whenever we showed how poor our Swedish was. Breakfast was extremely varied and lovely.
