"Hotel was great, room was clean. Location is good, 15-20 min walk from center of Condesa with all restaurants, same to the Chapultepec park. Yes, it was a bit noisy in my room from the traffic below, even though the building seems to have been renovated and has good windows, but it wasn't a big issue.Staff was nice and kind, had no problems with anything. Overall I recommend this hotel."

"Extremely comfortable, modern and clean. Spent 10 days in CDMX and this location in Condesa is absolutely perfect and central. Metro station is super close. Between that and walking, you should be able to get everywhere you need. (Ubers work too, traffic is just brutal). Overall highly recommend!"

"Park Life Condesa was very accommodating, super kind and responsive throughout our stay. I had an outside delivery, and the staff took great care of my package and made sure I received it without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and perfect for our short stay. The only downside was some noise from construction next door and a school across the street, which made things a bit loud at times. Overall, it was a great stay and a solid option in Condesa."

"Everything went smooth and perfect, great property, friendly staff, they even acommodated that I arrived a bit early, furniture is a little outdated, but great for the reasonable price. The outside is a bit noisy, but this is not the Hotel's fault. One great thing is the location... for example the road across the street you will find delicious food and also laundry mat, farmacies and all. I would definitively stay here again."

"Staff is friendly even if they could not speak English. The building is old. Plumbing fixtures are old. Had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water in the bathroom. Television does not work. No signal. Internet connection is poor. No AC/heating. No elevator. I arrived at 2 am, tired, and had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The so-called breakfast was a disappointment. I had to go out to get a decent breakfast."
