"Hotel Dama was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood was walkable and safe, very close to Chapultepec Park which we really enjoyed. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. The rooftop terrace is so peaceful and perfect to relax with a drink. The hotel itself is a bit loud (street noise and insufficient soundproofing from the hallway) but it didn't bother us much. The bed was also so comfortable - I would love to stay here again! "

"LaiLa Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right off Paseo de la Reforma and tucked into a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby. My room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places, the WiFi was lightning-fast and the shower had amazing water pressure with plenty of hot water. To top it all off, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out."
