This property does not claim to be anything more than it already is. More à three star hotel with a five star service. The staff were gracious and kind and went way overboard with restaurant reservations and answering our queries. The best. The hotel was small, clean and the rooms had everything we needed. It is situated in a residential area so it was quiet but not too far from restaurants. The breakfast on the terrace was good and we loved the home made guava jam. Thank you again hotel Dama for a great stay

Hotel Dama is wonderful. From the moment I made my reservation, staff were in touch with us about our needs, and this continued throughout our stay. The room was perfect and the hotel is beautiful, especially the rooftop patio. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect - in Condesa, walkable to La Roma and to parks and museums. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Dama is a jewel. Great location, stylish atmosphere, beautiful rooms, amazing shower room, clean, wonderful amenities with a subtle but delicious breakfast on the roof. Who would not want to stay here. This was exactly like we wanted to spent our first ever stay of 8 days in CDMX. The team is incredibly welcoming and correct. English and Spanish is no problem, they are proud on their city, the neighborhood and the brand. Condesa and Roma are very pleasant, green and walkable neighborhoods.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dama. The staff was helpful, accommodating and kind. The location is lovely with the beautiful streets of Condesa to explore right outside. There are many great restaurants, cafes and stores close by. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruits and pastries along with excellent coffee. We also enjoyed margaritas on the roof deck at check in - great way to unwind from a long travel day. The hotel is small and has a great feel to it along with interesting architectural details. Great place to stay when visiting Mexico City!!

I would like to give praise, applause and recognition to 3 of the staff members. Santiago, Yeirik (both reception), and Issac (waiter). All 3 of these staff members greeted us daily with a big smile and genuine care for our needs. All of them gave us many museum, food/restaurant referrals. Excellent customer service.

We loved Hotel Dama. The area was perfect. The hotel staff is very accommodating with anything one needs. Housekeeping was terrific. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are small as is the case with any large city. The balcony and bathroom were lovely. The bed was very, very comfortable! I loved it. And the rain shower was also great after a full day of exploration.

We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.

Real value for money. A charming small hotel, with quality linens, a nice breakfast on the roof (with a view of the neighborhood) included in the price, and a friendly staff. On a quiet tree-lined street but close to the park and just a few blocks from a key metro line. Lots of good food with blocks.

Beautiful Cozy Hotel

Hotel Dama is a beautiful, modern cozy hotel that has excellent service, delicious breakfast and drinks plus a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a hidden gem that is close to attractions while staying off busy streets. Hotel includes breakfast and is reasonably priced place.

This is a fabulous hotel. I can not recommend it enough—beautiful, large rooms, great bathrooms with a large glassed-in shower. I had a small balcony, which was lovely and very quiet. The rooftop care/bar was perfect.

Great room, great location! Could offer a few more amenities - bottled water wasn’t included in our stay beyond the first day, and they didn’t have scales to weigh out luggage. Bathroom products were very nice though, and the staff were lovely!
