"there were roaches in my room, crawling in my microwave and behind the TV. I brought it to the manager attention, and I still have not received a call back yet or credit for another room or my money back."

"Overall my stay here was okay. The positives were that the staff were very helpful and kind. The front desk staff were super helpful and even allowed me to check in early. But, there were some issues with the property, at least in its state when I stayed. Negatives included the pool just being outright closed. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it appeared as if the "pool temporarily closed" sign had been there for a while. It seems a bit misleading to use the picture of the pool as the main picture on every booking site, just to not have one when you arrive. Again though, maybe I just got unlucky and there was a problem just those two days. Also, when eating breakfast the first three cartons of milk I pulled out were all expired. That seems like a pretty simple thing to police for the breakfast attendant."

"Originally I booked a king bed, and was given a queen. I was then told it was the same size. Clearly it was not so when I told the front desk they gave me a double room, and he told me "save your complaints for the morning". There were cockroaches on the bed, the toilet was broken, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. If I had been told this, I would have just taken the original room. The next morning I complained and finally got the original room I was booked for. I was told id be compensated and then it did not happen. I paid hotel prices for a motel. Genuinely do not bother coming here it is not worth it. They will upcharge you and give you a cheaper room."

"Pics are deff old!!! This place is worn down.. the staff is rude as hellgot there at 1:30 "check in" was at 3 and was told ww could not check early unless paying $40 more dollars. Lobby was hard to find as you had to through a door to get to it but then it was down a hall but no signs. Says "smoke free" and room was "smoke free" however room was deff smoked in and also bathroom smelled like pit.. went back to check in left them know and their solution was to have house keeping come spray something in the room. Pool did look clean however we did not use it. "Free" breakfast was only cereal and bananas that should have been throw away and replaced a few days back. All and all nicely letting for the price stay else where if you can.. we deff will!"

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience based on the name, but I was very disappointed. The property overall was filthy. The shower in our room was particularly bad — visibly dirty with grime and buildup. There was also a strong, terrible smell coming from the pipes that lingered in the bathroom and made the room unpleasant. The breakfast was okay — nothing special, but at least edible. Unfortunately, that was the only mildly positive part of the stay. For the price and reputation this hotel carries, the cleanliness standards were shockingly low. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in Philadelphia, look elsewhere."
