The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and the location is hard to beat, with easy access to major sights, restaurants, and transit. "Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
