Everything was excellent! Especially the staff. Carla at the front desk was kind and thoughtful. Our room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a surprisingly nice hotel in a great location. We travelled with another couple and their room was the standard size for European accommodations. However, our room on the top floor was larger with a very cool sky light window. Nevertheless, both rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This place is in a great location. Few steps and you’re in the heart of Basel. Saturdays in the park across the street is a market where you can find amazing antiques and other great finds. Staff are friendly and even loaned me a plugin adapter as mine for some reason didn’t work here. You’ll also get a pass to take the trams for free around the city! Perfect location in Marktplaz. Nice size, full kitchen appliances and nice sleeper couch for our grown son who joined us. Checkin was simple. Early morning truck delivering packages was just part of the city experience. Great time!

The hotel is situated in an idyllic quiet surrounding of Mariastein. The hotel room was spacious and clean and quiet. No noise from outside. The service of the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond. Breakfast is amazing with fresh products (bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, milk, eggs).

Very close to the Old Town in Basel. Walking distance with many restaurants, great shopping. Had a car rental and it was easy to get around and find parking to visit the other cities not far from Basel.

Great convenient stay right near the airport. The bus to the airport is immediately across the street and starts operating at 4:20am if you have an early flight, otherwise they have an airport shuttle starting around 6 as well. Great comfortable rooms, quiet, and an easy public transit to the city
