"Very good hotel facilities with close proximity to Namba City and train stations. Perfect for tourist use the highly developed train and subways to go around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe etc.. This hotel offers one of the best Japanese breakfasts that I had in Japan so far. Also they service/clean the room every three days is a plus. Such that we can relax and leave the hotel later for sightseeing. I would give a perfect 5 star if the room is a little bit larger for 2 adults. It is a great hotel...

"Very clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Pajamas, slippers and toothbrushes supplied. Especially appreciated the 24-hour complimentary coffee/tea and soda station in the lobby. Great location near Namba station and Dotonbori."

"Useful location. We were on the 9th floor and it included a suite full of drinks and snacks as well as a great Starbucks machine that created many Starbucks specials. Location has lots in the ‘hood. Nearby Osaka attractions and a convenient train connection to KIX. Some strange arrangements and charges took the edge off."

"The location is excellent, within short walking distance to Namba station and Dotonbori, filled with shopping and dining options. Namba station has direct access to Kansai airport via Nankai line. The room though quite small is cosy and comfortable. "
