Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.
Hotel room not huge. It was my second time checking in the hotel and they upgraded me to a bigger room complimentary. Area is nice close to subway and many food options. Great place to stay when taking the AirPort Express train to KIX airport. Staff was professional and accommodating

The location is very close to Namba Station, famous Kuromon market, Dontonori shopping district, and NanKai station to KIX airport. The staff are very friendly. The rooms with two twin size beds seems just got remodeled with good design. It is very clean and comfortable.
