I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides.
The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall.
The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days or more in Manila.

We stayed for 12 days and it was wonderful. Brrakfast was great. Shout out Chef Freddie. He did a great job of delicious food at Citron buffet. Shout out Ri-Arr and Cristian and Diane at Citron who took good care of us every morning.also shout out to Efren who did a great job taking care of our room.I will highly recommend this place.
