"Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!"

As it is so close to the port I did not expect very much, but could not have been more wrong.

We stayed here as a family of 6. All 3 rooms were water view and the views from the balconys were incredible. Nice to sit out there early morning with a cup of coffee and watch the ships. Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.

An excellent hotel right off the docks. All the tourists stuff is right there if that is what you are into. It is also right next to the cable car which will take you into city center, and from there the island is limitless. The rooms were quality and the breakfast was pretty darn on point. If I happen to again stay in that area of Capri, I would definitely consider this hotel again for my stay.
They view from our rooms balcony unbelievable & we overlooked the pools also. The room was large and I loved the beautiful tile work in the bathroom. Staff was excellent and very helpful in pointing us where we needed to be. Common areas were beautiful and breakfast very good. Room was nice with a good bed. Bathroom was small but adequate. Wifi was difficult to use requiring repeated log on and my mail app refused to work with it.
