"Truly, incredible place. The views are breathtaking. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in our life. It is a challenge to get there, and the walk is substantial if you gonna be on the island for several days. But it is totally worth it."
"The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, housekeeping was extremely diligent and the hotel was very clean, great location, good food. Overall a very good experience there, highly recommend it."

Seaview room with terrace on second floor offers fascinating perspective of pedestrian street below, Via Camerelle (at one point included a parade with marching band). Also overlooks beautiful natural landscape. No noise from people on street below at night, but garbage cans shuffling each morning at a neighboring hotel proved a rude wakeup call. Pool-view room might be better choice in trems of noise level as swimming not allowed in early morning or late evening. Gorgeous pool, but cold water...
What an amazing stay! First the hotel staff was just the greatest. Always had a smile to greet us and very helpful.
The room had the perfect view of the sea and was able to enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening. The room itself was clean and beds were comfortable.
This hotel was close to the ferry port, bus and funicular so it made everything very easy to get around.
The only negative was the wifi was a little spotty. But that is it.
Look forward to staying here again.
What a beautiful villa. Walking the 15 minutes from Capri Center was a bit challenging. But once at the property the rooms were spacious, the pool area, private and overlooking the cliffs of Capri. Nicolina was a great host. We had a beautiful time while at this villa in Capri.
The hotel in general had the best view in Capri of the sea. Make sure you get a room with a veranda. Waking up to the sound of the sea and then walking onto your veranda sets the mood for the entire day. It rejuvenates your senses. Whether you enjoy relaxation or hiking this resort and island offer both.
Great hotel-- very clean and perfectly located. Breakfast was very good too! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was noisy, but other than that, great value!
After a busy week in Rome for our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband and I escaped via train and ferry to Capri.
As we pulled into port, we called the Excelsior Parco as instructed, and in less than 5 minutes, we were picked up in a private car by our driver that quickly took our bags, opened our doors, and drove us to this beautiful villa. I cannot express how attentive the entire staff was for our stay--the moment we arrived, both villa doors were opened by smiling faces, and we were...
We stayed here for 10 nights this month to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We loved it so much, we are already booking to stay again next year. The hotel staff are just wonderful, so helpful and friendly - especially Maria at breakfast! The location is perfect - walking distance to the bus station, and funicolare, best ways to get around the island, taxis are v expensive. We had a big suite on the 5th floor, with private sunbathing patio, and gorgeous bath overlooking the ocean, some...
Loved this hotel and the restaurant and pool attached and shuttle free. Anacapri is so beautiful peaceful and yet close to shopping but away from noisy crowds at bottom of island in Capri.
We stayed ta the Bellavista hotel for four nights, and we could not be happier with the hotel and the entire visit. The hotel is located in the village Anacapri, away for the very noisy and touristy Capri center, on a higher mountain plateau. The hotel itself is excellent, with very nice and large rooms with comfortable furniture and a large bathroom. We were also very happy with the nice balcony with a sea and mountain views. The hotel also has a superb breakfast area with a terrace that has a...
This hotel is amazing, this is the best location in Sorrento since everything is around the property!! The staff is very professional, friendly, and kind. 100% recommended
I absolutely love this hotel. Have stayed there several times and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. The location is so convenient to the square and right in the middle of al the activity. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is always delicious. Mario does a wonderful job making sure everyone has anything they want for breakfast.
Our first trip to Sorrento, and we couldn't have a picked a more perfect hotel. The hotel, more like a private guesthouse is centrally situated on the piazza with short, colorful walks to everything, including the train/bus station. There are cozy cobblestone streets with shops and wonderful restaurants. Most of all, La Piazzetta is most welcoming with smiling helpful staff, and big, bright, clean and thoroughly indulgent modern rooms. We felt we hit the jackpot with our superior corner room,...
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, and there was something for every palette 😋 The shuttle service to the town Square Square was convenient and saved us money! Staying here made our 1st visit to Sorrento pleasant, memorable, and relaxing 😌
We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
we stayed two nights. very nice and worm hostpitability, good location, very clean, not expensive, very good resterant, wonderful view from the balcony,
This hotel was above and beyond... from the second we walked in, the staff ensured we felt like we are on vacation. They assisted us with as many things as possible. We were so grateful for the shuttle service into town and beach. Beyond! Highly recommend. Staff very helpful and friendly. Jenny & Steve S.
They view from our rooms balcony unbelievable & we overlooked the pools also. The room was large and I loved the beautiful tile work in the bathroom. The moment we arrived the staff was amazing & could not do enough. I loved being away from the fast pace of the villages. They had great shuffle service into Sorrento only 20 minutes with wonderful hillside waterviews the whole way down. The hotel was well situated to visit all the villages along the Amalfi coast. The staffs recommendations were...
We stayed here as a family of 6. All 3 rooms were water view and the views from the balconys were incredible. Nice to sit out there early morning with a cup of coffee and watch the ships. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with beautiful views from the roof top. The maitre d' and his staff were excellent.
Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.
Beautiful breakfast area! We will be back!
