"I wouldn't stay there again. Air conditioner wasn't cooling very well, so I checked the filter. It's suppose to be cleaned every two weeks if you look at the manual. It hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. After being clean, it worked fine. The restaurant was mediocre at best. I ate at the breakfast bar every day, because I paid in advance. A lot of the food is cold. "The hotel was placed in a strategic location between Grand Indo, Plaza Indo and Thamrin City. So it was convenient to go to these places just by walking. The hotel does need a bit of uplifting as some of the furnitures and fixtures are worn out. The Ascott team also made an effort to decorate the mirror for birthday celebrationc which was lovely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
