The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "The hotel is superbly decorated , super clean and in excellent location. Staff is very very friendly. All this said, the breakfast, although diverse and rich, is not the best and the tastiest. It certainly is not the same level as the rest of the hotel. Personally I would like to have coffee/ tea facilities on the room which the hotel does not have"
