The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. The food is excellent, and the service is warm and attentive. Ideally located within driving distance to scenic lakes and St. Moritz, this property is a perfect base for exploring the region’s majestic peaks and serene valleys.

Overall its an amazing hotel ! We loved the location in the piazza, the building and its history, the decor, the artwork. Really beautiful. Breakfast is good and the staff serving you is very helpful and friendly so as the housekeeping lady. Bit surprised by the mess in the SPA, altought the spa itself is super stylish and comfy. Dissapointing, that the room we booked did not match the pictures or the size mentioned on the web. The receptionist told us to get it we should book through the hotel...
The folks at Bellavista were very warm and friendly. We walked in and Elaina was at the front desk to greet us with a smile. The food at their restaurant was some of the best I have ever had and the wait staff very attentive! Cost of dinner was pretty high but definitely worth it. Get the venison stroganoff!
