The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. Overall its an amazing hotel ! We loved the location in the piazza, the building and its history, the decor, the artwork. Really beautiful. Breakfast is good and the staff serving you is very helpful and friendly so as the housekeeping lady. Bit surprised by the mess in the SPA, altought the spa itself is super stylish and comfy. Dissapointing, that the room we booked did not match the pictures or the size mentioned on the web. The receptionist told us to get it we should book through the hotel...
