"Large spacious room(we had 3 single beds) with good size bathroom. Clean, tidy and neat. Just off the main road. No noise disruption.
2 things. Keys to rooms are available to all who stay there, as the key box stores keys for all the room. Room had a velux window with no blind. So room was bright quiet early.

"Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom (and power shower) with tea & coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a really powerful fan (needed in this warm weather). Slept well even though there was a pub nearby as it felt pretty quiet when the windows were closed. Smart TV was great as I could log intomall my own chanels. Only minor point was there was nowhere to hang up clothes - I think there was a nook for it, so maybe the rail was just missing. No problem...

"Lovely house very friendly owners. I was told everything I needed to know, on arrival. I was in a back bedroom and had no problem with traffic. Single room is nice size with nice bathroom.
The price I was charged was good value. If I have to stay at Lancaster again this will be my first choice. Big thank you to the owners. "

"My new favourite Morecambe hotel. Stayed here twice now, should have tried it earlier. This is an older hotel, not slick and modern, so quirky, and the facilities are more basic, and may not suit you if you prefer modernity (try the Midland, and then pay for it!). More space in the rooms than many other hotels close by. Friendly staff, nice bar, a little quiet, which is fine by me, as there's a busy bar downstairs in the basement. Decent breakfast at a reasonable price"

"This property was a little gem in Morecambe - stylishly presented and clean and comfortable with a great view over the bay to watch the tides (even in poor weather). Location was perfect - we could walk in as a family for bowling and dinner but it was far enough out to be quiet and not have disturbed sleep. "
