I accidentally left my computer in an Uber, and the hotel manager and team went above and beyond to help me recover it. I truly appreciated their patience, support, and warm hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to visit Lucerne.

The staff was great but Expedia may want to stop using the motel. Every night except Saturday and Sunday (Easter weekend) it was very loud outside until 1 pm. We got off the train in Luzern and the hotel was just across the street - so convenient! The staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was larger than expected and very clean. The bathroom had a nice, hot shower. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all attractions and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
