We loved the location of the hotel! We enjoyed walking around the lake. Very close to a bus stop. Even though there was no front desk the manager responded very quickly to our questions 😊

Located 20-25 mins walk from train station along the waterfront. Contactless check-in was easy. Room was large for 4 people and the free mini bar was excellent ! Shower was hot and beds so comfy. The bus stops is near hotel. Only thing to beware - there is no elevator and we were on the 3 rd floor.

Good place for a family of four. There was a microwave and TV downstairs. My only two complaints would be that there are no elevators and a lot of spiders outside the door and even on the door. I did complain about it and they cleaned a good portion before the door entrance but missed the actual spider webs on the door. Good location though and convenient.

Their system was well-explained and easy to figure out. It was close to the old town in Lucerne without having too hefty of prices. It was a comfortable room to stay in, especially with a window AC unit

The room was lovely and clean. A few nice little welcoming touches. Bus stop just outside or walk by the lake to the centre if Lucerne easily.

So happy we stayed here rather than right downtown Lucerne. It was so relaxing to be just a quick walk to the lake. We took the number 6 or 8 bus downtown when we were too tired to walk and it was a 5 minute ride and always easy to catch. Very thankful for the air conditioning! The room was lovely and appreciate the drinks and snacks. I am recommending this to my friends and would gladly come back.

A nice little place to stay! Don’t worry about the distance from the main area. It’s a very quick and easy bus ride with a stop right outside the hotel, or a nice walk along the lake, and we enjoyed being away from the centre. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and self check-in very simple and quick. There are some nice touches, like drinks in the fridge and coffee/kettle all included, which we didn’t find anywhere else in Switzerland.

Place was beautiful, clean, located right near the lake for great views, and only a few minutes walk to Chapel Bridge and all the main shops. I only give it a 4 out of 5 because almost nothing gets a 5. Either way, I would definitely stay here again!
