"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to...

"I had a wonderful stay in Chile because of the staff at this hotel. They let me check my bags early so I could look around the city til my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable the bed was extremely so. The staff provided maps and one even walked me to a pickup site. The hotel is nearly many sites to see and restaurants. I highly recommend it. "
