"The hotel is perfectly located, on the beach and close to the local markets. The property is in good shape, room was clean and had a spacious shower and bathtub. The rooftop swimming pool was nice and had a view of the shoreline. Breakfast buffet had good options. Food ordered from room service was very good and so was the SIA restaurant. I would stay there again without hesitation."

"We stayed only one night and continue traveling the next day. Pros: Comfortable bed, clean, nice layout, and beautiful view Cons: Next to a favela, no toiletries, we arrived around 7:40pm and there was no soap, shampoo/conditioner, water to drink."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."
