Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

It was easy to get to using public transit and the staff were generally friendly and willing to help. It is also close to a lot of shopping and dining.

Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from many attractions. We didn’t even need to rent a car except the day we drove to Niagara Falls and even the car rental place was within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and kitchen utensils. Breakfast buffet every morning did not disappoint but arrive earlier than later as it gets more busy later. The room was very clean. There was a Tim Hortons right next-door, which was convenient. I would stay there again.

Having never stayed before your hotel was a pleasant surprise it was nice to enjoy drinks on the patio with friends from the area who stopped in to see us. The reasonable price made it the reason we booked in the first place and it was worth the extra 1/2 hour drive to get to our downtown appointment instead of paying the ridiculously high downtown hotel prices

This is a great place to stay! Very high quality for a reasonable price. The room was beautiful and spotless, parking and access were easy, and breakfast was delicious. I definitely plan to stay here again!
