"This hotel is beautiful, but my stay was incredibly frustrating. The way the shower and tub are designed caused my entire room to flood. It was a complete nightmare. I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help. They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Cannes. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, which made everything very convenient. My room was small, but very comfortable and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the 24-hour service. What made the stay especially enjoyable was the staff, who were consistently warm, kind, helpful and professional. I would happily stay here again and plan to return."

"Five Seas is in the perfect location in Cannes! Would highly recommend for its location , walk ability, feels like it’s in the heart of Cannes. Easy access to unber and taxi. Too many restaurants and cafes nearby to list. The beach club was great too. All around we would definitely stay here again."

Their genuine warmth and eagerness to provide a comfortable and memorable experience for their guests is unsurpassed from anywhere comparable that I’ve experienced throughout the world.
