"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. They also provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, filling and freshly made every day. We enjoyed it a lot! We will definitely stay at this hotel again, in the summer time so that we can swim in the Black Sea and the hotel pool. thank you from Australia "

"Good option for a short stay or layover. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was on the 4th floor, with a view of the mosque. Perfect for one night, but may be a bit uncomfortable for very tall people. We booked the airport transfer through the hotel — everything was excellent, on time, and well organized both ways. Very convenient for transit passengers. Affordable price, and the included breakfast is a nice bonus."

"Service is exceptional. Staff met us at transfer car in the rain to help with luggage. When they became aware of our 430AM departure, sandwiches and coffee were ready to take with us. Hotel is lovely, across from the Black Sea. Staff is welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!!!"

"Came here to spend the night due to a long layover. Upon arrival, the staff were very kind and hospitable. The bed was comfortable, and room was impeccably clean. Was about a ~15 min drive from the airport. "
